About Kevin Mitson
Kev has been a service Instructor and Assessor since 2010 in Water Rescue, BA and FBTI but his passion remains in the delivery of RTC and Heavy Vehicle Rescue.
He has indulged his passion for RTC as Incident Commander for his services Extrication Team for over 10 years and has been competing and honing his skills along with his team competing at the highest level, achieving first place in many Regional challenges and being crowned UK Champions at the UKRO National Challenge in 2019. Kev is now part of the UKRO Assessing team for RTC Extrication so continues to be involved in advancing professional rescue throughout the UK.
Kev has also competed at several World Rescue Challenges and continues to develop the relationships forged at these events with rescuers across the globe, we are very proud to have Kev as part of our training team at IRRTC, he fits our ethos of only having the very best instructors and subject experts available.
